DELIVERY

Delivery can only be made to New Zealand addresses.   A number of options are now available for North Island and Mainland customers when you order goods through One Woman.  One of the options is for purchases under $50.00 there is a special price - be sure to select this for the added savings. 

All orders will be delivered by Courier Post. You will need to sign for delivery or a card to call will be left at your address. Items from our core range will be dispatched without delay. You can expect delivery of these items within two working days.  Occassionally we make not have the item in stock, you will be advised via email.  Please allow 10 working days for delivery of other items.

RURAL DELIVERY CUSTOMERS

Please note, customers on the rural delivery register will need to allow another two working days for delivery.

RETURNS

You may return any skates for exchange within seven working days of receiving your order via same day tracked courier at your own expense. Please contact One Woman 8 Wheels with the tracking number if you choose to return goods.

When trying skates, please do so indoors on carpet or lino. Skates that have been used outside are not eligible for return.

If any goods are found to be faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
